I was inspired by the theme we studied in term one (man and nature) like how there is a disconnection between man and nature and that man has become separated from nature. So with this poem, I question whether nature is really that difficult to understand or is it that man really purposely isolates himself from nature.
Walking down the pathway

Flanked by grey cactuses and their green cousins
Who is to know which the real is?
And which is the imposter?

Looking through the glass
Is nature untouchable?
Or do we remove ourselves from it?
